Effective Date: March 26, 2025
Last Updated: April 6, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to AutomAIze’s Content Management App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our content management service (the “Service”), which integrates with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage to organize and process your multimedia files.
By connecting your Google account and using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
For information about how we collect and handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Our Content Management App is designed to help you organize and manage your multimedia files by leveraging Google’s powerful services:
Google Drive: The app accesses your Google Drive to retrieve and manage video clips, images, and other media assets stored in your Drive.
Google Sheets: The app uses Google Sheets to manage metadata, schedules, and organizational details for your content.
Google Cloud Storage: The app integrates with Google Cloud Storage for additional storage and backup of your media files.
This app works in conjunction with our YouTube Uploader App to provide a complete content creation and publishing workflow.
Authorization Through n8n
The Content Management App operates within the n8n automation platform, which securely handles the authorization process. When you set up the app in n8n, you will be prompted to sign in to your Google account and grant permissions for the app to access Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage.
3. Eligibility and Account Authorization
To use this Service, you must:
Have an active Google account with the necessary permissions for Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage.
Be legally authorized to grant API access to AutomAIze via n8n.
When you authorize the app through n8n, Google provides us with an access token to connect to your Google account. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account Settings under "Third-party apps with account access."
4. Data Usage and Privacy
By using our Service, you agree that:
Your Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage data is used only for organizing and managing your media assets as described in these Terms.
Your access token is securely stored and refreshed automatically to maintain service continuity.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
For full details on data protection, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Limitations and Availability
Our Service relies on Google APIs for Drive, Sheets, and Cloud Storage, which means:
If Google restricts access or changes its APIs, some features may stop working.
We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or limitations caused by Google or third-party services.
If Google APIs become unavailable, we will notify you and work to restore the Service as soon as possible.
6. Payment and Subscription
The Content Management App is currently available as part of our free service offering. If you are using a paid version in the future, the following terms will apply:
Payment Terms: Fees will be charged on a subscription basis as agreed.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once services are delivered.
Free users may have limited access to certain features or storage quotas.
7. Revoking Access and Termination
You can stop using our Service at any time by revoking access via:
Your Google Account Settings ("Third-party apps with account access").
Upon revocation:
Your access token is immediately deleted.
All stored data related to the app is erased upon request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse or policy violation occurs.
8. Google’s Terms of Service
Since our Service integrates with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Storage APIs, your use of our Service is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service.
You can review Google’s official Terms of Service here: Google Terms of Service.
Important:
Google has its own privacy policies and data-sharing practices.
You are responsible for complying with Google’s guidelines when using our Content Management App.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
We are not responsible for:
Any errors, limitations, or delays in the Google APIs.
Any loss of data due to Google policy changes or third-party service disruptions.
Any actions taken based on the app’s functionality, including content decisions or storage issues.
This Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any major changes will be posted on automaize.io.
If you continue using our Service after an update, it means you accept the changes.
